Laura joined Nationwide Building Society in 2016 and has recently taken on the role of Director of Shared Services where she leads of team of over 700 colleagues across a number of disciplines including Procurement, Banking & Savings Operations, Property Services, Third Party Risk and Communications Delivery.

One of her key areas of focus is on developing the Supply Chain Strategy across the Society, to maximise the value of third party relationships, driving efficiency, sustainability, resilience and innovation for the ultimate benefit of its Members. Her career has spanned over 20 years, working across multiple industries in firms such as GSK, EY and RBS. Prior to joining Nationwide, she spent 8 years with RBS in a variety of roles before heading up the Procurement function globally. Laura is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS).
