Leigh-Ann Russell

Leigh-Ann is bp’s Chief Procurement Officer, where she is accountable for a safe, ethical, and competitive supply chain of circa $30B of global spend. In previous roles, she was the Global Head of Upstream Supply Chain and the Vice President of Technical Functions & Performance in the Global Wells Organization.  

Leigh-Ann holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering, is a Chartered Petroleum Engineer and is a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering, and Fellow of the Energy Institute. 

Leigh-Ann is also a Non-Executive director on the board at Hill & Smith Holdings PLC.

Leigh-Ann strongly believes that procurement has a large role to play in bp’s ambition to reimagine energy for people and our planet, and to help the world get to net zero.
