Schneider Electric engaged 1000+ suppliers, accounting for >65% of emissions from purchased goods and services. >70% of suppliers have no previous knowledge of emission calculation and reduction.

Extensive support, including >150 live trainings, free digital tools- including GHG calculators, emission reduction roadmap, decarbonization play book, diagnostic tools were developed. “iAccelerate” workshops were organized bringing together suppliers, decarbonization experts and solution providers for sharing practical knowledge, implementation modalities and selecting partners for execution. This increased the suppliers reporting GHG emissions from 121 in Jan 2022 to >950 in Apr 2023 and GHG emission reduced from 1% to >13% for same period.
