We transformed our third party risk process in 2022. The was a highly complex programme, integrating multiple processes/platforms and leveraging significant automation to deliver targeted due diligence. Benefits include a sharp reduction in user input and turnaround times, a five-fold increase in due diligence, and far more comprehensive scope. A great step forward for AstraZeneca and for our patients.
