Supply Teachers Framework

This submission details the re-procurement of a framework for supply teacher recruitment agencies across Wales. It demonstrates how, through the procurement and subsequent contract management of this framework, we have addressed problems with low pay rates for workers, transparency of agency fees, access to professional development opportunities and increased opportunities for Welsh suppliers to access local routes to supply the public sector in Wales.
