Our vision was a ‘one stop shop’ turnkey solution for mobile plant supply/maintenance in our South East region.

The reality of this project included harnessing our purchasing power, pulling together a cross functional team and resolving issues we hadn’t encountered before.

The balancing act between the finance, technical, legal and procurement teams was carefully navigated to ensure that all elements were captured and considered. The result being a successful project which not only fit the brief but helped us to gain added value through fuel efficiencies, improved reporting, minimal reliability issues and more transparency through all our teams.
