Social Value Supplier Engagement Event

In 2021, the Northern Ireland Executive approved a policy, whereby in June 2022 all tenders (above threshold) must include a minimum of 10% of the total award criteria to social value. With this significant change in public procurement, NI Water wanted to ensure that their Commercial Procurement team, existing and potential suppliers and the third sector would be ready to embed this new policy within their respective areas of business activity. Collaborating with the Social Value unit at the Strategic Investment Board (SIB) a Social Value Supplier Engagement Hybrid Event was delivered to an audience of just under 300 people.
