Digital Transformation is as much about innovative technologies as it is about generating business value and change management. We approached this by introducing a Digital GameChanger Lab allowing front-line business frictions to be connected to digital solutions, achieved via POCs for testing. This business-backward approach not only gave us a pragmatic way to prioritize and test various digital solutions, it also created a stronger pull for digitalization and more grass-roots digital culture across the organization. The outcome was 22 ideas framed up, 12 to POC and 6 completed. 3 projects are being scaled at an estimated value of $18.6m.
