Retal Urban Development’s procurement team have demonstrated foresight, resilience, and leadership this year, as they spearheaded an initiative to migrate all procurement operations across Retal, its sister companies, and vendors.

Within only nine months, the team identified the opportunity, gained leadership buy-in, helped to design and implement the new system, and trained to use it. All whilst carrying out all their responsibilities under the old system, and without even a single hour’s interruption to business-as-usual. This initiative has delivered incredible cost, time and sustainability improvements. The team’s achievement is truly exceptional, supporting Retal’s success for decades to come.
