Preparing for global disruptions

•BT Sourced and PRISM worked together to build a risk management system for long-term global disruptions such as political and economic volatility.

•We brought together the best of country research, AI monitoring, and innovative delivery methods to embed global risk information throughout the organization and its culture. •We developed an entirely new simulation process to stress test responses to emerging high-risk challenges. •The project produced real results: oAwareness: >1,000 touchpoints between BT Sourced procurement professionals and risk advisers. oForesight: >3 months head-start on major risks, example: Russia-Ukraine war. oDecisions: tangible impact on decisions, example: semiconductor purchase volumes.
