With this new ever-growing product portfolio, cost pressure, and need for agility and speed, it was paramount to have aligned goals, framed by a common way of working for all functions and suppliers, to accomplish the right speed–cost–quality balance. The Electronics Procurement team had a clear vision: revolutionize the electronics operating model for a fully synchronized internal and external E2E network.
