The Lancashire Procurement Cluster (LPC) is the shared collaborative procurement and supply chain service working with three large NHS Trusts in Lancashire. The LPC has 130+ staff mainly working from home and this work environment can be challenging, especially for new starters. Induction is an opportunity to welcome our new starters into the organisation, ensuring that they feel valued from their first day. We have developed an Induction handbook to give new starters the information that they need to support them in their job. Supporting and valuing new staff from day one reduces staff turnover and helps with staff retention
