The senior executive team at Molson Coors set a challenge to develop and package a new Hard Seltzer product within a tight timescale; while the product category was already globally established for the business, it was new to the UK! Procurement challenged internally to mitigate risks and ensure the right, approved, partners were selected to support quality standards and timelines while delivering cost savings and improving cash flow. The overall result was a can of high quality, cost competitive NPD in the CEO hands, within the outlined timeline. A major milestone within the beyond beer space for Molson Coors.
