The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia underwent an ambitious Procurement Transformation over the last 3 years to bring $100 billion of annual spend under management across 500+ entities. The scale of change was huge involving 12000+ procurement professionals. We were working across 4 themes:

By introducing category management, re-shaping demand, setting up framework agreements, and using a digital platform we managed to reduce sourcing cycles by 60% and costs by 20% .
