Through building a new team, and relentless application of a proven methodology, the team are transforming the relationships across an incredibly large and complex supply chain. The programme's success is compelling: Delivering improved operational performance, mitigating risk, and leveraging across government to maximise collective opportunities. It's also improving behaviours, and unlocking and harnessing latent potential across the both MOD and supplier organisations.
