The MOD’s Strategic Supplier Management team has delivered a transformation in both approach and achievements through a comprehensive hearts and minds campaign working internally and with its largest suppliers to make it easier and more attractive to do business with Defence.
Smaller businesses can now thrive and make a full contribution, and this is reflected in significantly increased spending with SMEs by £1,431 Million.
