This investment programme is the most extensive ever proposed in the housing sector and will leave a legacy for L&Q residents. Due to its scale and complexity, it will require a fundamentally different approach to how the programme is procured, managed, and delivered.

A fundamental aim is for procurement and supply chain management to develop and embed new approaches to procurement and contract management that deliver value for money by achieving the optimum combination of whole-life costs and quality and become the driving force for how L&Q delivers products and services.
