The team renegotiated and reduced spend on contracts by over 30%.
They introduced new, agile effective procurement processes, delivering a Covid-19 procurement survival and cost saving programme. This led to rapid savings of over £14m whilst improving Corporate Social Responsibility
The CEO recognised this as a major contribution to the survival of the airport.
