Labor Services Procurement Transformation

BearingPoint assisted Dow in their quest to transform its labor services procurement. Starting with an assessment of Dow's cross-functional work process and analyzing gaps, BearingPoint designed and implemented Comengy (powered by AES/32), SaaS solution for contractor management. As a result, Dow was able to automate the contract-to-pay process with increased transparency on transactions, real-time cost visibility, and useful supplier performance metrics. With proven excellence in procurement consulting on this project, BearingPoint supported Dow to achieve their transformation to greater process control that allows for better planning, sourcing, and managing work from external contractors using Comengy.
