Insurance broking was an area of spend that had not been addressed before; lots of small spends, across lots of markets, amongst several hundred individual agencies. Some agencies used different brokers for each of their healthcare benefits. Interpublic needed to find the solution in place which help the organisation to leverage the supply base and maximise buying power.
