Intellisense 360 -- E2E Procurement Digital & AI Strategic Solution

In 2021, Micron’s Smart Manufacturing team and Global Procurement team started a joint initiative to develop a state-of-the-art solution using best in class frameworks and the latest AI technologies to manage procurement more efficiently and effectively. With this objective, Intellisense 360 – an in-house AI based solution was developed to support Micron’s strategic procurement planning & execution. Its core AI engine analyzes several databases like spend data, supplier responses, business processes, market intelligence, and supply risk to generate category/supplier specific insights and recommend cost saving opportunities and go-to-market strategy based on Micron’s business requirements.
