Implementing SRM during global organisational & digital transformation

The FCDO has a global operation with 270 posts world-wide, 24,000 users, and a high cyber security threat profile. With the implementation of an ambitious digital strategy, there was a need for improved SRM with our strategic technology suppliers to ensure delivery against an increasingly complex environment. SRM was successfully established with Computacenter across multiple contracts totalling £300m spend. This was done in partnership with the Cabinet Office, with best practice implementation in a short period of time. This resulted in; mutually beneficial outcomes of negotiations, technological innovations benefiting the end user, improved collaboration across all areas of the organisations.
