HS2

In December 2021, HS2 awarded a Framework Agreement for the supply installation and maintenance of lifts and escalators (L&E) to TK Elevator UK Ltd (TKE). This was the culmination of a 2-year procurement exercise and has resulted in the appointment of a single supplier, who will supply and install approximately 160 lifts and 130 escalators across the four HS2 Stations on the Phase One route. The appointment of a single supplier through this procurement has provided significant benefits to HS2 including; economies of scale, consistent product identity, mitigation of integration risks and maintenance and operational efficiencies.
