Highway to EDI
National Highways does not only see it as a social responsibility to improve equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI), but also a way to further business outcomes and environments. Therefore, since 2015 National Highways has set the objective to improve EDI not only internally but also throughout our supply chain. By developing supplier relationships as well as measuring and monitoring EDI performance within our contracts we have proved a focussed and supportive approach can drive change. This has become an industry leading methodology and National Highways is taking a next step to share their best practice with other organisations.
