Government Commercial Function Social Mobility Network

The Government Commercial Function’s (GCF) Social Mobility Network was first established in November 2021 to raise awareness and improve understanding of Social Mobility and wider diversity and inclusion (D&I) issues faced by staff from lower socio-economic backgrounds (LSEBs). The Network also had the objective of delivering a school’s outreach programme to support students from LSEBs and raise awareness of the inclusive nature of the GCF. The Network is made up of colleagues from LSEBs and allies.
