In 2021 the Procurement team embarked on an ambitious journey to replace our existing regional model for managing the contingent workforce with a global contract working with a single strategic partner. Since then, working as one co-located team with our sole Managed Service Provider (MSP) Pontoon, we have transformed how we operate, delivering significant benefits in stakeholder satisfaction, better market intelligence, robust contractual terms and conditions, enhanced technology, workforce visibility, real-time metrics, and cost savings.
