Dentsu Aegis Network is a federated organisation, with 200+ brands across 126 countries. The UK hiring process was disjointed and not fit for purpose.
The procurement team were tasked with bringing an existing and long-overrunning project to successful conclusion. Parties were frustrated and demotivated with delays and lack of communication which had resulted in a desire from all involved to abandon the project.
Thanks to sheer determination of the cross-functional team to deliver this project successfully, we managed to turn a negative hiring process into a positive experience for the internal teams, recruitment agencies and ultimately our new hires.
