A global Fortune 500 consumer food products company with manufacturing operations across Asia, U.S. and Europe recognized the need to completely transform their procurement function and bring more value to the table. GEP was engaged as the procurement consulting partner to drive this procurement transformation initiative at a global scale. GEP worked closely with the client to develop an elevated understanding of their requirement and goals, and implemented changes to their organization structure and processes to place them on the path to sustainable success. This project put the client on track to drive $50 million in savings.
