In 2021 the ForgeRock board committed to establishing a greenfield procurement function to support key strategic priorities including YoY revenue growth, driving towards sustainable profitability, rapid procurement supporting the sales and marketing functions to grow the business, improving colleague engagement and enhancing the customer proposition through supply chain risk management.

A small team of 2 has leveraged the best practice CIPS procurement framework to exceed these objectives by the end of April 2023. The outcome has been unprecedented improvements in driving scalable growth, cost management, sales / marketing cycle times, process timescales, business engagement, supply chain risk management and ESG.
