There had never been a team like this before, actually there had never been a procurement team in the business at all before!

As a small (<£30m) but fast growth UK yoghurt business, procurement had been something that was largely outsourced to contract packers previously.

Priming for future growth, we knew we had to build an amazing, awesome, and adaptable team capable of making things happen from raw materials sourcing to building multi-million pound factories and everything in between.

What we ended up with was the most engaged, top performing team in the business that will knock your socks off!
