Driving Efficiency Performance in the Supply Chain

National Highways (NH) manages road networks through a multi-tiered Supply Chain. We supported NH to enhance effectiveness in managing its Supply Chain by strengthening NH’s ability to:

•Lead data and intelligence-based dialogues with the Supply Chain on solutions and sourcing alternatives. •Initiate and conduct productivity performance dialogues with Supply Chain contractors. •Identify ‘best practice’ opportunities to codify and replicate across the Supply Chain for delivery across NH’s project portfolio. Working collaboratively with NH and its Supply Chain, we developed a bespoke solution for NH to understand and evaluate asset-specific productivity performance of its Supply Chain in a new, repeatable manner.
