Control the Controllable

Caroline and the team have been instrumental in breaking down the stigma surrounding mental health. Particularly within the operations environment, they have redefined culture to become more open, honest and inclusive. They have ensured everyone has the opportunity to discuss their own mental health, especially those who don’t receive regular email comms as their working day is on the ship. More importantly, they have helped to remove the taboo around Mental Health discussions being difficult.
