A core element of our Partner Excellence Program (PEP) is how we collaborate with our partners on innovation. This is a true differentiator in our industry, supporting CBRE, our suppliers and clients. No other integrated facilities management company does this. Our framework provides training, support, and tools to procurement teams for their Innovation Challenge program. Business leaders, suppliers, and clients have seen huge success since PEP team was formed. Our Innovation Challenge in 2022 invited over 1700 suppliers worldwide, generating over 400 ideas, providing our clients with a constant innovation pipeline.
