BAE Systems Electronic Systems facility in Rochester, Kent has undertaken a collaborative approach with HSM (Hermitage Sheet Metal) Letchworth Garden City, Herts to improve overall supply chain capability.

This experience has left a lasting cultural impact at HSM, one of continuous improvement. The Relationship Management Matrix and close dialogue has facilitated HSM building a forward-looking Continuous Improvement Programme, which is linked to BAE Systems design requirements.
