AstraZeneca’s newly created Returnship Program is an employee-driven, social initiative launched in Global Procurement Services (GPS), Warsaw. It was designed to support people with a desire to reshape their careers and also benefit AstraZeneca in broadening its Procurement talent pool.
The program aims to target individuals who have taken a step away from their professional lives or are looking for a career change. A major driving factor in the creation of the Returnship Program was to contribute to AstraZeneca’s commitment to be a ‘Great Place to Work’ and to also support the company initiative to strengthen inclusion and diversity.
