I fell in love with Supply Chains getting my boots dirty, on a cocoa farm, in 2009. This was after working in Sales and HR and led me on a 10+ year adventure reinventing global sourcing strategies to secure sustainable supply chains that are resilient and deliver value. After several years leading large global teams and cross functional change programmes, I moved to Hotel Chocolat to be part of creating a founder-led global business and building a procurement function that delivers growth and good. Most recently joining the board of FINCA UK, a global charity who have a mission to alleviate poverty through lasting solutions that help people build assets, create jobs and raise their standard of living.
